Takumu Yodokawa (M1) gave a poster & short oral presentation entitled “Coupled map lattice for whipped cream: A novel approach to characterize dairy processing based on chaos theory” (presentation number: S34) at the 18th International Workshop for East Asian Young Rheologists (IWEAYR 18: July 24-27, 2025, Kobe University). We look forward to further developments.
