As of April 1st, Dr Masumi Takamura joined Yamagata University as professor for industrial collaboration. He works as project creative manager in the project department in the headquarter of open innovation promotion to lead new industrial research collaboration projects. He is the expert of organic peroxide having R&D and commercialization over 30 years inside and outside of Japan. He carries out the research about precisely designed polymers having controlled terminal groups and its applications in the inkjet development center. His new challenge in Yamagata university will be encouraged and supported
