淀川拓夢君（M1）が、The 18th International Workshop for East Asian Young Rheologists (IWEAYR 18、2025年7月24日～27日、神戸大学）において、ポスター及びショートオーラルプレゼンテーション「Coupled map lattice for whipped cream: A novel approach to characterize dairy processing based on chaos theory」（発表番号：S34）を行いました。今後の発展が期待されます。
また、同ワークショップのグループワークStudent Activityにて、金賞を受賞しました。
